Our Story

Some people discover their purpose. Others are born with it already running through their veins.
From the time I was old enough to have an idea, I was building something. Lemonade stands, slime businesses, bath bombs, a bracelet empire run out of middle school with my friends as employees — paid in candy, managed with a logbook I took very seriously. They thought it was a game. I knew it was the beginning.

Growing up as an only child in Louisiana, I had two things in abundance: free time and imagination. I fell in love with the heartbeat of a business — the way something you dream up can take on a life of its own, almost like bringing something into the world. That feeling never left me.

Nué was born from that same place. As someone who is proudly French Cajun, I’ve always been drawn to French culture — the elegance, the beauty, the language that feels like art just to speak. When I discovered peel-off lip stains, I was immediately hooked. They last all day, they don’t budge, and there’s something genuinely fun about the peel-off experience that makes you smile every time. Wearing them gave me a quiet confidence I carried with me through every hour of the day. I wanted other people to feel that too.

So I created Nué — a little piece of French-inspired luxury, made for anyone who wants to feel effortlessly put together. The beauty guru and the drag queen. The business woman and the swimmer. The mom, the student, the person heading out for the night who just wants their lip color to actually stay. No touch-ups. No fading. Just confidence that lasts.
